Refund Policy
Refund Policy Duration Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since the purchase of an IT service, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refund To be eligible for a refund, the IT service must have been purchased and executed but found to be unsatisfactory due to errors or issues caused by us, such as performance failures, technical errors, or failure to meet the agreed scope of service.
Non-refundable Services Certain services cannot be refunded, including:
Completed research reports or lead generation lists
Automation workflows that have been delivered and activated
Back office support services that have been fully provided and operational
Refund Process To complete your refund request, we will need proof of purchase or a valid service agreement. Please do not submit your refund request without contacting our support team for clarification.
Partial Refunds (if applicable) Refunds will not be granted for services that have already been fully performed or partially delivered unless issues or errors were caused by us. If the service was provided and issues were caused due to a client-side error (e.g., incorrect instructions, misunderstanding of the service), only partial refunds will be considered.
Refund Approval Once we receive your refund request, our team will assess the situation. If the issue is found to be on our end, and the refund is approved, the credit will be processed to your original method of payment within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you have not received your refund after the specified time, please check your bank account. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay in processing the refund.
